Cook Inlet Tug & Barge has been dedicated to providing marine services without equal since 1924. Specializing in harbor and towing services throughout South Central, Southeast and Western Alaska, we’re not looking to hire just anyone. We seek skilled mariners with experience in Alaska who crave adventure and take pride in their ability to get things done. Employment Requirements

Master/Mate of Towing 200 GT

Seeking qualified applicants for position as sea going Master/Mate of Towing 200GT (minimum). TOAR endorsement. Near coastal or Oceans Required. Valid USCG License, TWIC required. Full Time. Experience sailing in Cook Inlet or long hitches in Western Alaska & Prudhoe Bay highly preferred.

Vessel Engineer

Seeking qualified applicants for position as vessel engineer with QMED (minimum). Engineer License preferred DDE 4000 or more. Valid USCG License and TWIC required. Experience sailing long hitches in Western Alaska or Prudhoe Bay highly preferred.

Able-Bodied Seaman (AB)

Seeking qualified applicants for position as a sea going AB or OS. Required USCG license, TWIC.
